With students we will: work in partnership; connect and prepare; engage and empower; and promote positive mental health.
Success will be measured, in part, by:
- embedded Faculty Peer Support Schemes
- increased NSS participation rates and concomitantly satisfaction levels
- maintain accreditation of Customer Service Excellence
- high levels of student engagement
- increase in the number of students needing support accessing relevant services
- enhanced induction and summer school services
