What We Will Do


With students we will: work in partnership; connect and prepare; engage and empower; and promote positive mental health.

Success will be measured, in part, by:

  • embedded Faculty Peer Support Schemes
  • increased NSS participation rates and concomitantly satisfaction levels
  • maintain accreditation of Customer Service Excellence
  • high levels of student engagement
  • increase in the number of students needing support accessing relevant services
  • enhanced induction and summer school services
