Dr-Saston-Arthur-Kanthonga

Obtained a PhD in economics and an M.Sc. in International Business and Management at the University of Central Lancashire. Also, I attained an MA in the educational leadership programme at the University of Bolton. I am presently working as a Lecturer in the Centre for Islamic Finance Department at the University of Bolton. As part of a teaching and supervising team, deliver a range of established teaching modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, focusing on supporting students with support and guidance from the department head.

  • I am working as a Lecturer in Islamic Finance, teaching MBA modules. Also, coaching and providing sessions to enhance PhD students’ progression with their projects and achieve their goals.
  • Design of MBA programmes.

 Jun 2002 - May 2005 Director of Gas Equipment Services Malawi

Responsible for installing medical gases in hospitals, Gas appliances, and laboratory gas installations. I was also repairing Oxygen Concentrators in hospitals throughout Malawi.        

Oct 1996 - Mar 2002 Technical Supervisor at British Oxygen Company Malawi

Responsible for installation of medical gases in hospitals; Gas appliance repairs in hotels and learning institutions such as universities, Colleges, and Secondary schools.
