Partnership signing for CIF
The Centre for Islamic Finance at the University of Bolton has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Accounting Research Institute at the Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia's largest university.
Professor Mohammed Abdel-Haq, Director of the Centre for Islamic Finance and Dr Normah Omar, Director of the Accounting Research Institute expressed their delight at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and are exploring the best way for the two Centres to work together.
The ceremony, which took place at an International Conference at Wadham College, Oxford was attended by the Vice Chancellors of the two universities, Professor George E Holmes DL and Professor Sahol Hamid Abu Bakar FASc.
